WE ARE

RIVERSTONE Mental Health Collective is a group therapy practice that offers a variety of compassionate, caring, and experienced clinicians, utilizing a diverse array of treatment modalities designed to serve a wide range of mental health challenges. At RIVERSTONE, we understand that from the perspective of the family unit, whatever that might look like, mental health challenges affect everyone in the family, not just one person. By providing support to the entire family, they are better equipped to heal as a unit, with each member feeling more empowered. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and supportive mental health care to adults, including those who are pregnant and new parents, children, adolescents, and families in Westchester County who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, social issues, mood issues and parenting issues, among others.  This is where healing begins.

What Is Mental Health?

Mental health includes our emotional, physical, psychological, and social well-being. It encompasses who we feel we are, how we perceive our environment, and how we interact with that environment. It influences how we handle stress, relate to others, and how we make choices. Along with developmental challenges and mood disorders, our experiences throughout our lives influence that mental health picture. Ruptures in our attachments, traumas, and other difficulties can result in challenges to our well-being that, at times, interfere with our daily functioning. Learning to manage emotional challenges and heal those ruptures can result in a much more authentic and fulfilled life, something we all strive for.

The best way out is always through.
