Whether dealing with teenage depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or ADHD, we customize our approach to meet each young person’s unique needs. Family involvement plays a crucial role in our therapy for teens, ensuring a supportive environment both at home and in therapy.

Nature-Informed and Outdoor Therapy

Nature Informed Therapy blends traditional talk therapy with the healing power of the natural environment. Based on your needs, sessions can range from mindfulness meditations focused on nature in the office, to walking through a forest path, or sitting in a park. For those seeking a more immersive experience, we offer outdoor therapy programs that create a deeper connection to the environment while addressing emotional and mental health challenges. Our outdoor therapy provides a flexible and supportive approach, offering a unique path to healing through nature-informed mental health therapy.

Insurance FAQs

We are not in network with any insurance panels. We do, however, offer insurance reimbursement statements (superbills) to submit to your insurance company with your out of network benefits.

Payment in full is due at time of service. If you are using out of network benefits, we will provide you with a “superbill” on the first of every month to submit to your insurance company that details all the information they require to reimburse you directly.

Insurance companies require diagnosis codes and can dictate how many sessions you qualify for. They can also access your personal data and private clinical information to determine “medical necessity.” When you pay out of pocket, you get to determine your own course of treatment. This puts you in greater control of your healthcare.

If an appointment is not canceled with 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged to your account. This includes no-shows.
